The acquisition of Flashnet and combination of both businesses smart lighting competencies will enable us (Lucy Zodion) to build upon our established smart city capabilities, expand upon our Ki. smart city platform and industrial IoT solutions. Ki. customers will not experience any changes to our market-leading smart lighting solutions, but the opportunity does create additional value and the ability to deliver new innovations, greater geographic coverage and for us, exciting business growth.
